Job Summary
Technical Project Manager (Sr. Specialist) leads delivery of digital and automation scope within capital projects across FEL through commissioning, coordinating cross-functional teams to integrate automation, data, and MES for facility startup and operational readiness. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk; delivering process automation platforms (DeltaV, PLC), data integration and reporting, and MES/historian systems; coordinating with engineering, automation, IT, site operations, and external vendors; supporting governance and stage-gate processes; ensuring quality of technical deliverables and readiness for startup and qualification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Experience supporting project delivery within pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of automation platforms (e.g., DeltaV, PLC systems)
- Experience with Manufacturing digital systems (MES, data integration, reporting tools)
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables
- Familiarity with GMP, validation, and data integrity requirements
