Job Summary
Sr. Specialist, Technical Product Management role based in Hyderabad, India. Drives Global LIMS activities, ensuring business needs are met, maintains compliance and supports audits across the SDLC, investigates system enhancements, and partners with site SMEs and global groups to transform and standardize QC laboratory processes toward a fully integrated digital laboratory solution.
Required Qualifications
- BSc Degree or equivalent
- minimum 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical/Scientific/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics field
- Good understanding of Laboratory Testing processes, GxP, data integrity, document control
- Strong collaboration and change management skills with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to gather information from SMEs and review procedures
- Experience with SDLC and Computer System Assurance (CSA)
- Strong analytic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivation
- Experience in Pharma industry preferred with knowledge of cGMP and/or cGLP
