Job Summary
Sr. Spclst Marketing leads the development of annual strategic and monthly operational brand planning in country, analyzing customer and patient needs, market environment and competitive intelligence to drive marketing plans that meet sales and market-share goals. The role oversees execution and refinement of plans, analyzes competitors’ performance, and identifies KPIs to assess plan performance across market, segment, and customer levels. It requires establishing strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders, coordinating cross-functional work with Strategy & Planning Brand teams, Sales & Commercial, Medical Affairs, purchasing, and finance, and contributing to Portfolio Selling concepts. The candidate should have a university degree, at least 3 years of marketing experience, strong analytical and planning skills, excellent communication abilities, initiative and strategic thinking, and proficiency in English.
