Job Summary
Senior Launch Planner coordinating and maintaining integrated launch plans for assigned products across cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Access, Supply, Quality, Commercial, Analytics). Drives governance, readiness reviews, milestone tracking, risk management, and readiness reporting to ensure launch readiness by target date. Responsible for creating and maintaining launch project plans with timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities; organizing and facilitating launch team meetings; escalating critical issues; producing readiness dashboards; consolidating evidence for readiness gates; supporting handover to launch execution; contributing to lessons learned and continuous improvement; aligning with portfolio priorities and launch timing. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field; Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, PMO-CP or equivalent). 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare cross-functional initiatives; strong written and verbal communication; ability to work across regional and local teams. Preferred: exposure to therapeutic area launch planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
- Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, PMO-CP or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, launch planning, program management, or cross-functional operations in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare
- Experience with planning tools, project tracking systems, and meeting governance
- Exposure to therapeutic area launch planning (preferred)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and escalation management
- Proficiency in launch planning tools, dashboards, and collaboration platforms
- Ability to work across regional and local teams
