Job Summary
Senior Agile Coach in the E2E Capability Enablement team accelerating product adoption, value realization, and high-performing ways of working across multiple B2B IT products. Coaches cross-functional teams on Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and acts as an end-to-end product SME to enable adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching Product Owners and Delivery Leads, designing portfolio-level improvements, leading train-the-trainer programs, collaborating with UX and product teams to capture feedback, and driving organizational culture shifts toward experimentation and psychological safety. Requires leadership engagement, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate technical topics into business outcomes. Preferred experience includes scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) and familiarity with modern product management practices; certifications such as ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, CSP-SM, CSP-PO, SAFe SPC, or equivalent are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead) within complex, multi-team environments
- Proven track record coaching multiple teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, frameworks, and tools
- Experience driving product adoption and change management in digital / IT products or platforms
- Strong facilitation skills and excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and navigate across organizational silos
