Job Summary
Senior Sourcing Manager leads complex, high-value sourcing initiatives, drives cost optimization and supplier performance, negotiates high-value agreements, oversees contract lifecycle, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to align sourcing with business objectives; mentors junior staff and ensures procurement policy compliance while leveraging tools like SAP, Ariba, Power BI for data-driven decisions. Location flexibility within Michigan service centers with hybrid onsite days (Mon, Tue, Thu). Relocation package available for those who qualify.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or another related field, with four (4) or more years of experience with purchasing software and project management software.
- Experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and managing strategic supplier relationships.
- Proven experience influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or another related field, with four (4) or more years of experience with purchasing software and project management software.
- High School Diploma/GED with six (6) or more years of experience with purchasing software and project management software.
