Job Summary
Spearhead end-to-end sourcing and procurement strategy for metal components across global markets, leading supplier evaluation, qualification, and onboarding while negotiating favorable pricing models and enterprise-level contracts. Develop and execute aggressive cost-reduction strategies to improve the bottom line, delivering actionable market trend analyses and forecasting insights to internal stakeholders. Design and implement robust business continuity plans to mitigate supply chain risks and maintain supplier performance alignment with corporate objectives. Requires 3–5 years of strategic sourcing experience with specialized expertise in metal components and global acumen across US, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role supports Logitech's global product portfolio, enabling creativity and connectivity through award-winning gaming and productivity solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of demonstrated success in strategic sourcing and international procurement

- Proven ability to navigate and collaborate effectively across complex global regions (US, EMEA, APAC)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and advanced negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of market drivers, comprehensive cost structures, and financial analysis as it pertains to procurement and sourcing
- Documented history of successful cost management, supply chain optimization, and driving operational excellence
- Business-level fluency in English (both written and verbal)
