Job Summary
Senior Solutions Principal role guiding the PS sales motion in ANZ by acting as the commercial and technical architect. You translate complex GRC requirements into clear, compelling, and commercially sound proposals, lead executive-level presentations, own scope and estimates (SOWs/BOEs), advise on Archer's product and services configurations, manage relationships with C-suite stakeholders, and coordinate across delivery, product and partner ecosystems to shape end-to-end proposals. The role requires deep expertise in systems integration, enterprise software implementation, market intelligence, and thought leadership, with frequent on-site client work and hybrid collaboration across Australia and New Zealand. Expect up to 20% travel within ANZ/APJ/global and a mix of on-site and remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven track record in enterprise software pre-sales, professional services scoping, or GRC consulting
- Experience producing commercial artefacts: SOWs, BOEs, project estimates or similar
- Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders (CRO, CISO, CIO)
- Strong understanding of systems integration concepts and enterprise software implementation methodologies
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience in one or more verticals: Financial Services, Telecommunications, IT/Technology, or Manufacturing
- AGSVA Security Clearance (preferred)
- GRC certification (preferred: GRCP, CRISC, CISA or equivalent)
