Sr Solutions Engineer

Job Summary
Design, build, and ship platform features including integrations with service schedulers, CRMs, and inventory systems like Tekion. Own production changes end-to-end by scoping work in Jira, executing database modifications through the PIM approval process, and verifying results. Respond to Azure-based production alerts, diagnose root causes, and fix incidents while owning your own configurations. Support dealer onboarding with hot fixes, data setup across dealership rooftops, and phone routing validation ahead of go-live. Partner directly with client-facing teams as an escalation point for technical conversations and represent engineering during on-site visits and presentations to dealer groups.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- significant backend and SQL/relational database work
- Experience building and supporting third-party API integrations
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Comfort operating in production
- Strong communication skills
- Bias toward ownership
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site customer visits
