Job Summary
Senior Solutions Engineer role in Charlotte focusing on articulating Netskope cloud security architecture to senior security executives, delivering demos and POCs, leading evaluations, and coordinating with product and support teams; requires extensive travel within the US, strong presentation skills, and hands-on experience with security technologies and cloud environments.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with a proven track record and demonstrable skills at presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the architect level
- Strong communication and presentation skills ranging from technical level up to senior executives
- Experience with systems installation, configuration and administration of Linux, MacOS and Windows-based systems
- Proficient in mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and OS such as Android and iOS
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM and related protocols
- Experience with information security solutions such as Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, and VPN technologies
- Experience with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR and SD-WAN deployments
- Experience with Active Directory Services including ADFS, Azure AD
- Experience with Public cloud environments (AWS, Azure and GCP)
- Travel within region; cloud-based technologies (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) experience
- Demonstrable experience with scripting languages such as Python and REST API frameworks
- BS/BA in a relevant field; preference for computer science or related degrees
- Prior experience with other vendor Cloud Security solutions is advantageous
- Certifications in security/networking (e.g., CISSP, CCSK, CCSP, PCNSE, CCNA/CCNP/CCIE variants) and Agile/PM certifications preferred
- Education: Relevant Bachelor’s degree; preference for computer science or related degrees
