Job Summary
Sr Solutions Consultant I leads initial project scoping and analysis, drives discovery and solution-definition sessions, and ensures client solutions align with business objectives and IT/architectural frameworks. Responsible for facilitating solution planning, leveraging knowledge of client implementations, and translating business objectives into practical Zinnia solutions. Works with cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Tax) to design scalable, efficient outcomes, identifies process-improvement opportunities, and supports estimation and proposal activities. Requires 7–10 years in life/annuity/financial services, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), strong communication and relationship-management skills, familiarity with agile practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Airtable), and occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7–10 years of experience in the life, annuity, or financial services industry
- Proven expertise in business analysis, systems analysis, or solution design within enterprise technology environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading client-facing solution sessions and presenting to executive-level stakeholders
