Job Summary
Sr. Solutions Architect at Databricks, a hybrid role based in Sydney. You will develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executives, coach junior architects, influence stakeholders at all levels, serve as an expert solution architect for data analytics architecture and adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, and contribute to technical community engagement through customer-facing collateral and workshops. Opportunity to advance along tracks in technical specialization, industry vertical thought leadership, strategic customer vision, and people management.
Required Qualifications
- Know how to engage in complex customer interactions and sales lifecycle in a technical pre-sales capacity
- Ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives by developing relationships and orchestrating teams
- Prior experience with coding in a core programming language (Python, Java, Scala) and willingness to learn Spark
- Hands-on expertise with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platform(s)
- Know how to provide technical solutions for specialized customer needs and navigate a competitive landscape
