Sr. Solutions Architect (Army) - Clearance Required

Job Summary
Provide technical oversight for deploying a real-time asset tracking solution to the U.S. Army. Engage with Army and DoD representatives to translate mission requirements into technical solutions and lead communication with internal stakeholders. Oversee Risk Management Framework and Authority to Operate compliance, including drafting architecture documentation, managing security controls, and coordinating with ISSMs and ISSOs. Conduct technical reviews of system implementation plans to ensure conformance with contract requirements and best practices. Mentor junior staff and collaborate with senior leaders to achieve technical objectives. Requires a Secret clearance, remote work with 25% travel, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, software engineering, product management, tech leadership, or a related technical role
- Experience with deploying complex technology solutions to the U.S Army
- Track record of successful delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Demonstrated understanding of DoD cybersecurity RMF and cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to deliver rapid prototype solutions to client problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent ability to collaborate across a multi-disciplinary team
- Must be a U.S. citizen with DoD Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the deployment, configuration, or testing of active and/or passive RFID hardware (including readers, antennas, tags)
- Familiarity with the design, implementation, and/or management of satellite-based backhaul systems (e.g. Starlink, Iridum), secure VPNs, and/or LAN/WAN infrastructures
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance

- Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance.
