Job Summary
Collaborate with Software Product Managers, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to drive competitive server systems management software and firmware solutions for Supermicro DCBBS products. Proactively research new technologies to define Out-of-band product requirements, manage technical documentation, and coordinate feature delivery schedules with customers and internal stakeholders. Support engineering teams by resolving technical issues, performing integrated testing and verification on OOB features, and developing high-quality product collateral including user guides, white papers, and training materials. Requires a Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, or CE, with experience in Power, Thermal, or Data Center Infrastructure Management. Full-time role with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE) related or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in Power, Thermal or Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) related design
- Experience in managing technical requirements and design specifications
- Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical details
- Experience in technical support service to customers
- Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a cross-functional team and as an individual contributor
