Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations for a mission-critical cybersecurity and GRC platform supporting multiple federal stakeholders, ensuring service delivery and operational stability. Manage SLAs and system availability metrics; develop performance dashboards and executive-level reporting to provide visibility into system health, risks, and compliance. Coordinate continuous monitoring and support RMF alignments; lead POA&M management for vulnerability identification, prioritization, and remediation. Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity standards including NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-37; support FISMA-related activities and audit readiness with documentation and evidence artifacts. Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and program management to maintain a secure, stable, and scalable production environment for enterprise users. Oversee incident response, rapid triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of operations; support transition and sustainment activities to minimize mission risk in a multi-tenant federal environment. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance; US Citizenship is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of SIX (6)+ years of overall work experience
- Experience in IT service delivery, cybersecurity operations, or enterprise production support
- Hands-on experience supporting continuous monitoring, ATO processes, and RMF lifecycle activities
- Working knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-37 and their application in operational environments
- Experience managing POA&M processes, including vulnerability tracking, remediation coordination, and reporting
- Experience developing and delivering operational reporting, including metrics, dashboards, and executive briefings
- Ability to lead operational teams and coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of production support environments, including incident management, change management, and system monitoring
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a "TOP SECRET" security clearance; US Citizenship required
- Experience with audit readiness and security assessments
- Experience with transition and sustainment activities in a multi-tenant federal environment
