Job Summary
Sr. Software Manager to lead enterprise software initiatives, directing the development team in Microsoft-based solutions, overseeing SDLC standards, release methodology, and milestone planning. The role emphasizes architectural design, scalable .NET/C# applications, robust SQL Server data structures, mentoring junior developers, communicating project updates and technical risks to IT leadership, ensuring best practices across the lifecycle, guiding internal developers, evaluating new products, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to drive continual service improvement. The position requires Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 10+ years of hands-on .NET/C# experience, 5+ years of leadership, strong SQL Server expertise, and proven project-management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET and C#
- 5+ years' leadership experience
- Experienced in software development methodology
- Deep understanding of SQL Server database architecture and optimization
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, and elevate software development teams
- Demonstrated experience translating technical insight into strategic recommendations
- Experienced in project management methodology
- Experienced in requirements technical gathering and requirements documentation
- Advanced-level knowledge of software development best practices and development life cycle
- Experienced with Blazor, ABP.io Framework, Azure App Services, OpenID Connect
