Job Summary
Sr Software Engineering Manager to lead embedded waveform software development for Air Combat Test & Training datalinks in an Agile environment. Responsibilities include technical oversight of software engineers and project engineers, managing scope/schedule/budget using EVMS, driving predictable program execution, developing staffing plans and career development, ensuring compliance with Collins Aerospace processes, and collaborating across programs to share resources and establish best practices. Requirements include DoD security clearance eligibility, US citizenship, experience with embedded software in C/C++ for software-defined radios, FPGA/Crypto module integration, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-performance environment. This is a remote role with potential onsite considerations as needed.
