Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer (Technical Coach) responsible for coaching teams to adopt and implement DevOps practices in a Dojo-type environment, mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and engineers, designing, developing, and facilitating training of DevOps practices, and driving culture change focused on DevOps, Agile, and product mindset. Requires knowledge of CI/CD, Java, Python, .NET, GoLang, and JavaScript frameworks, and demonstrated experience with Agile frameworks and large-scale Agile transformation. A Bachelor;s degree (or equivalent) and strong coaching/leadership skills are required.
