Job Summary
Build new features, improve existing systems, and evolve data pipelines for large-scale search and reporting services, focusing on scalability, testing, and maintainability. Manage large, frequently changing datasets with thousands of transactions per second while developing streaming data report pipelines and enhancing search relevancy and cost control. Collaborate across engineering through code reviews and architectural discussions, taking ownership from design decisions to production deployment and monitoring. Support the team when issues escalate beyond the support tier to help customers directly, and partner with the Talent team to interview future teammates. This role contributes to evolving systems to reliably scale 10x beyond today's load, working alongside peers to support 12,000 businesses globally.

- At least 4 hours of overlap with Central European working hours
- US Eastern or Central Time zone location
