Sr. Software Engineer

Job Summary
Collaborate with business analysts and end users to interpret requirements into technical designs, then develop software according to quality standards. Lead pair programming, design sessions, and POCs while performing code reviews to enforce programming patterns and standards. Mentor junior developers by teaching best practices, facilitating daily standups, and conducting annual teaching sessions. Participate in story card grooming, sprint planning, and project estimation to drive Agile delivery. Support production deployments and troubleshoot live issues, including direct interactions with internal and external customers. Assist with onboarding new resources and manage Azure DevOps task boards as needed.

- Working knowledge or experience with any of the following technologies: Agile Methodology, Asynchronous Programming, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure PAAS (platform as a service), Browser Compatibility Testing, Cosmos DB, CQRS Pattern, Dependency Injection, Entity Framework & LINQ, MicroServices, OData, Python
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree is preferred
