Job Summary
Sr. Software Engineer at iconectiv focused on design, development and testing of software programs in accordance with iconectiv procedures. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, requirements review and product test planning/execution, producing Learning Support materials, and possibly involvement in overall architecture design, third-party software evaluation, and computing platform selection. May involve application database support including build, development and test environment support, packaging and shipping software. Requires Oracle RDBMS/JDBC expertise, Java development, SQL tuning and data modeling, and collaboration with cross-product teams. Requires US citizenship and a BS in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years (or 8+ years for senior). Location is Hybrid in Bridgewater, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of experience or 8+ years of experience for a SR. Developer
- US Citizenship required
- Oracle RDBMS and JDBC experience MUST
- Agile/Lean methodology
- Systems design

- Software configuration tools (source control, defect tracking, etc.)
- Large scale performance applications
- SQL Developer
- Schema design, Data modeling, and optimization
- Tuning, indexing, partitioning, query optimization
- Stored procedures, triggers, transaction management
- Experience with latest SW development tools such as Eclipse IDE
- Database Administration
- Oracle RAC
- Data Warehousing
- AWS
- JBoss application server experience
- J2EE EJB experience
- MyBatis
- Reporting 3PP experience (e.g., JasperSoft)
- Billing Systems experience
- Experience with Oracle Database and associated tooling
