Job Summary
Sr. Software Engineer at Molson Coors in Milwaukee, WI. Guides technical work by collaborating with product managers and solution architects to understand needs and conceive effective Salesforce-based and cross-stack solutions. Leads design standards with solution and enterprise architecture input, mentors engineers, and drives end-to-end delivery. Responsibilities include configuring SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce) for sales and marketing needs with minimal customization, analyzing requirements, decomposing solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and applying DevOps practices. Requires 5+ years in software engineering, Salesforce experience, end-to-end solution experience across CRM, pricing and promotions, DTC marketing, e-commerce, and content management/syndication; proficiency in multiple programming languages; strong communication and leadership skills; and a degree or equivalent experience. Hybrid work model with four days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related discipline
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering OR equivalent experience
- Salesforce experience
- Experience building end-to-end solutions across CRM, pricing and promotional management, direct-to-consumer marketing, e-commerce, and content management and syndication
- Proficiency in three or more programming languages and related tools
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to supervise and coach other engineers and guide solution delivery
- Ability to apply design thinking to understand business problems and create simple/elegant solutions
- Accountability and ability to work with stakeholders at director levels
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (4 days in the office)
