Job Summary
Design, develop, and ship high-quality features across C#/.NET back-end APIs and React front ends, leading technical design for significant integrations and driving consensus on trade-offs. Own end-to-end delivery including testing, code review, observability, and production support while mentoring engineers through pairing and design feedback. Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX to scope work and manage risk, championing secure engineering practices for sensitive healthcare data. Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture, tooling, and development processes within a fast-moving product environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience, including significant work on production SaaS applications
- Strong, current proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL Server for back-end and API development
- Strong front-end skills with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript
- Solid grounding in API design (REST and/or GraphQL) and relational data modeling
- A track record of leading technical design and mentoring other engineers
- Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or other regulated environments (HIPAA familiarity a plus)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and modern observability tooling
