Job Summary
Sr Software Engineer at Lennar focusing on designing, developing, testing, and deploying full-stack applications. Responsibilities include architecture and design reviews, collaboration with DevOps and platform teams to integrate applications into CI/CD pipelines, building scalable and secure software, writing tests, and participating in agile ceremonies. You will mentor junior engineers, drive features from concept to completion, and contribute to AI/agent development efforts using enterprise AI platforms and tools. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in software development, strong proficiency in modern front-end and back-end technologies (React/Angular/Vue.js; Node.js, Python, .NET), cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and exposure to AI orchestration and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar). The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, architectural guidance, quality assurance, and a continuous improvement mindset. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5-7 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Proficiency in back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, .NET)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- AI/Agent Development experience and familiarity with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
