Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer/Architect responsible for end-to-end product development in a multi-tenant SaaS environment. Role encompasses design, development, and testing of web-based applications using Java, JavaScript, Angular, and related technologies; crafting multi-tenant data models and PL/SQL stored procedures; guiding platform/framework choices during refreshes; collaborating with management and engineering teams to clarify requirements; contributing to release/build processes; troubleshooting performance and security concerns; and applying AI-assisted tooling (GitHub Copilot, AWS AI/ML services) to accelerate coding and improve quality. The incumbent also participates in production support, documentation, and ongoing architectural governance to ensure robust, scalable solutions, with emphasis on security and operational excellence in a hybrid Atlanta-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of related software development experience in a Java environment
- Experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript/jQuery/Angular, HTML5, CSS3
- Oracle experience and PL/SQL programming required
- Unit testing frameworks and code inspection tools
- Experience with agile/scrum development methodologies
- Experience with AWS cloud platform
- Knowledge of cyber security standards (CSA/OWASP/SSDF)
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple projects
