Sr Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale Itron's enterprise-grade platform within the Resiliency Solutions team. Responsibilities include contributing across design through deployment of our dynamic ecosystem, expanding proprietary APIs used by multiple clients, and developing services for Frontend & Mobile clients. The role involves researching and integrating cutting-edge technologies. Required skills include a B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field, 4+ years Java experience, 2+ years with Angular/React and CSS/SCSS, experience with SaaS products based on microservices, and experience with Relational Databases and Docker. Preferred skills include AWS (S3/EC2), Leaflet, Ionic, Capacitor, Redis/OpenSearch/SQS, and GIS systems.
