Job Summary
Lead end-to-end solution design, stabilization, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions across the full stack using C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular, and Azure Cloud. Provide technical leadership in architecture and deployment while mentoring engineering teams, defining enterprise-wide standards, and leading incident management to reduce downtime. Build and maintain microservices, APIs, and self-serve applications for multi-tenant architecture, leveraging Azure services and CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable delivery. Apply domain knowledge of IT Asset Disposition and reverse logistics to optimize asset lifecycle management. This role operates on a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote at the Irvine, California headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- 5-8 years in enterprise software engineering
- Strong full-stack development expertise using C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular, and Azure Cloud services
- Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise systems with high traffic and transaction volumes
- Demonstrated success in stabilizing and enhancing L1 and L3 production support systems, improving system reliability and support responsiveness
- Experience building self-serve applications, API gateways, and tenant onboarding for multi-tenant platforms
- Familiarity with IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), reverse logistics, and related business processes
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, containerization, and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Skilled in CI/CD tools, automated testing, and Agile delivery practices
- Experience leading technical teams in onsite-offshore models and mentoring senior engineers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check
- Must be available for three days per week in the office and two days remote
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and reverse logistics processes is highly desirable
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, containerization, and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker) a plus
