Job Summary
Design and maintain real-time distributed systems with low-latency request/response handling using Java, while integrating RESTful APIs and refactoring legacy Python codebases. Manage system complexity within CI/CD pipelines and SQL databases on AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. Lead technical mentoring and drive continuous learning to push boundaries in backend development. This role supports the DSM Integrations Team at Cint, a global leader in digital insights serving over 239 million respondents across 130 countries.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on professional backend software development experience
- Strong experience designing and maintaining real-time distributed systems with low-latency request/response handling
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong programming skills in Java
- Experience maintaining and refactoring legacy Python codebases
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL databases
- Ability to navigate and manage system complexity
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Commitment to continuous learning and pushing the boundaries of your technical expertise

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Spring Framework and microservices architecture
