Job Summary
Own the core migration logic, scripting, and platform configuration for ServiceNow workflows, ensuring clean, accurate, and reliable CMDB and ITSM data. Rebuild or modernize legacy ITSM platforms by configuring Flow Designer, Transform Maps, and Scripted REST APIs while managing large-scale data migrations with high quality standards. Bridge business requirements with technical execution across ITIL processes, Service Catalog, and Request Management, maintaining integration continuity with enterprise systems and monitoring tools. Requires ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS), five years of related experience, and comfort working with strict timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, especially CMDB, Incident, Change, Request, and Asset tables
- Strong experience with Flow Designer, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Scripted REST APIs
- Hands-on experience configuring MID Servers and managing integrations
- Proven ability to rebuild or modernize workflows from legacy ITSM platforms
- Expertise in data mapping, normalization, reconciliation, and relationship modeling
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB
- Experience handling large-scale data migrations with high data quality standards
- Solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow
- Experience with Service Catalog, Request Management, and Knowledge Management
- Ability to bridge business needs with technical execution
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations
- Knowledge of authentication and security best practices
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and monitoring tools
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM, CIS – CMDB, or Architect-level certifications)
- Exposure to Discovery, Service Mapping, or CSDM
- Wanting to learn more, curious, comfortable working with strict timelines
- 5 years minimum related work experience
