Job Summary
Provide L2/L3 application support for mission-critical business applications, investigating and resolving production issues within established SLAs. Perform root cause analysis, implement preventive solutions, and monitor application health using observability tools. Support release deployments, change requests, and production implementations while collaborating with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams. Analyze logs, database activity, and system alerts to identify issues, develop automation to improve operational efficiency, and participate in incident management and post-incident reviews. Support high-severity production incidents and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment
- 3+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, XML, and REST APIs/Web Services
- 3+ years of experience with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases
- Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar DevOps platforms
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and release support
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, or other monitoring tools
- Experience supporting Windows Server, IIS, and enterprise web applications
- Knowledge of F5 Load Balancers, networking concepts, and infrastructure support
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms
- Experience with Oracle Databases, SSIS, and enterprise integrations
- Exposure to Linux/Unix environments
- Experience supporting high-availability and business-critical systems
