Sr Software Engineer (Automation) -- REMOTE

Sr Software Engineer (Automation) role designing, delivering, and deploying automation builds primarily using UiPath; lead code reviews, design and deliver training, develop and test prototypes, ensure data quality, and work within an agile framework to deliver scalable technical solutions. Must collaborate with Business Analysts and Automation team, write code per requirements and standards, participate in design reviews, conduct unit/integration testing, produce documentation, and proactively communicate innovations. Requires senior-level experience with full-stack development, REST APIs, OO languages (Python/.NET/C#), JavaScript/JQuery, CI/CD, and familiarity with secure file transfer, SFTP workflows, and enterprise-grade applications. Education: Bachelor’s in a technology field; 10+ years IT experience; 7+ years in software implementations in financial services; 4+ years full-stack in Microsoft environment; 5+ years in enterprise-grade applications; 3+ years SFTP and API work; 2+ years in Agile; knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall & Agile).
