Job Summary
Senior engineer role focusing on Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Agentforce; leads a team to build transformative solutions, acts as technical platform SME, sets standards and best practices, clarifies backlog items, ensures reusable features across business functions, documents technical aspects, and educates service managers on new features. Requires 8+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, experience with ML/LLMs, Databricks, Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, data visualization, and strong stakeholder management within an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning models, large language models, data cloud and agentforce
- Strong understanding of large language models, databricks, Salesforce data cloud, Agentforce
- Strong understanding of data visualization
- Ability to lead a team across multiple projects
- Experience in Agile development (Scrum/Kanban)
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Excellent communication and enterprise knowledge
- Experience in designing or implementing solutions/products; quality improvement
- Understanding of design thinking and ability to explain to stakeholders
- Ability to work with virtual/agile teams in different locations; adaptable to different work cultures
