Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer on the Leasing Signals Team responsible for designing and deploying sophisticated pricing algorithms and bulk action capabilities. Drive full-stack development using Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, GraphQL, and React to deliver scalable SaaS solutions for property managers. Lead and mentor engineers, champion agentic coding practices and enterprise AI tooling to boost development velocity, optimize algorithms and database queries for performance and stability, and ensure high-quality software through TDD, code reviews, and CI. Collaborate across QA, product, design, and research, while applying Agile practices to deliver rapidly. The role emphasizes pricing optimization, scalable systems, mentorship, and maintenance of a robust codebase, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement in Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing service-based applications
- experience with Agile software development processes (Scrum or Kanban)
- strong experience with automated testing
- proficiency in Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, GraphQL, and React
- experience in SaaS environments at scale
- ability to break down complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions
- mentoring experience and fostering continuous learning
- comfort with continuous integration and test-driven development
