Job Summary
Sr. Software Engineer to design and build backend services and internal libraries in .NET/ASP.NET Core; develop quick POCs for agents/workflows using Semantic Kernel; implement cloud-native patterns on Azure with CI/CD in Azure DevOps; potentially ship Angular components; contribute through design docs, code reviews, and mentorship to raise reliability, performance, and developer experience.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in CS or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building production software; strong C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core, Web APIs)
- Azure experience with at least two: App Service/Functions, Service Bus/Queues, Storage, Azure SQL (EF Core), Cosmos DB, Key Vault
- Solid software design fundamentals (DDD where it helps, SOLID), async/distributed systems, and performance profiling
- CI/CD with Azure DevOps (pipelines, environments)
- Practical security/auth: OAuth 2.0/OIDC, service-to-service auth, secrets management
- Proficient written/spoken English for specs, design reviews, and cross-team collaboration
