Job Summary
Construct and optimize the ad delivery infrastructure for high concurrency, availability, and low latency using AWS, Kubernetes, and containerization. Lead end-to-end software development, architectural design, and system redesign while mentoring junior engineers and presenting technical choices to stakeholders. Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, manage software updates and rollouts, and collaborate with global teams to implement automation and optimization opportunities. Maintain documentation, ensure security compliance, and support overall business operations through technical problem-solving and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years
- In-depth understanding of cloud, containerization and other related technologies
- familiar with distributed architecture and commonly-used middleware such as cache, message queue, Nginx, etc.
- Experience in large-scale online service design, development and operation and maintenance
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix
- excellent data structure and algorithm foundation
- Proficiency in C/C++ or Golang and network programming
- Experience with large system software design and development
- Experience with distributed systems and mission-critical systems
- Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and technical innovation
- Knowledgeable about SDLC, Agile and Software Engineering Methodology
- Team working skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work under pressure
- Have strong ability and persistency on technical support
- Have ability to work close with global teams and accept additional working time besides normal working hours to have meeting or co-working with global teams
- Education Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Work Experience 7-10 Years
Desired Qualifications

- Advertising industry experience is a plus
