Job Summary
Senior Software Developer to lead the design, development, and modernization of the client’s Guidewire Cloud platform. Lead configuration and customization of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter; design Gosu-based business rules, product models, workflows, and data models; create and modify Guidewire integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and batch jobs; perform Guidewire Cloud upgrades and integrations with Enterprise Engage and DataHub/InfoCenter. Full-stack development across C# .NET Core, React, and Java/Gosu; manage SQL databases for high-performance operations; enforce development standards and perform code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure 99.9% reliability. Provide technical mentorship, align with stakeholders, and thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment. Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), Guidewire Cloud Developer Certification, extensive Guidewire ecosystem experience, and proficiency in .NET, HTML5, JavaScript (React), and SQL Server.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Guidewire Cloud Developer Certification
- Extensive experience with the Guidewire ecosystem and Java/Gosu
- Proficiency in .NET (C#, .NET Core), HTML5, JavaScript (React), and SQL Server
- Version control experience with Git or SVN
- Strong communication skills
- Initiative and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
