Job Summary
Senior Software Developer Engineer responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and enhancement of in-house applications used across manufacturing operations. Design and implement front-end interfaces with AngularJS/TypeScript and robust back-end solutions with Java/Spring Boot/SQL (secondary options: .NET, Python). Create and maintain APIs, document and test with Postman, and participate in Agile processes using Rally. Administer IBM Maximo (Application Designer/Database Configuration), develop BIRT reports, and deploy/manage applications on AWS/Azure. Drive backlog ownership with 1-2 sprints ready, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay current with industry trends to improve applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience
- Experience in manufacturing environment or similar industry
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks/libraries
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Experience in Agile engineering environment
- Proficiency in administering and maintaining IBM Maximo, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience in administering and maintaining IBM Maximo, creating and customizing forms using Application Designer and Database Configuration, and developing or supporting BIRT reports
