Job Summary
Sr Site Reliability Engineer role in Bucharest at Adobe focusing on improving monitoring/alerting for API Gateway and cluster networking, leading triage during critical incidents, and driving cross-cloud networking improvements between AWS and Azure. Develop infrastructure-level components for compute environments, work with Kubernetes and Envoy, and operate across AWS/Azure cloud platforms within an agile, independent setup. Requires a B.Sc. or higher, 5+ years in SRE/related areas, and expertise in Python or Golang, scripting, CI/CD, Linux, networking, containerization, REST APIs, Kubernetes, and API Gateways.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. or higher in related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, release engineering, and/or configuration management
- Experience with cloud service providers: Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS
- Familiarity with scripting, CICD systems, Linux, networking, containerization, REST-based APIs, Kubernetes, and API Gateways
- Experience with Python, Golang, or similar programming language
- Ability to coordinate and approve technical requirements documents, code reviews, service deployments, and project plans
- Highly organized and able to balance multiple communication channels, schedules, and meetings
- Strong written and oral skills
