Job Summary
Sr. Site Manager – Hospitality oversees contracted operations and leads a client-facing team to ensure service delivery excellence, adherence to SLAs, and optimized cost-to-serve. Leads end-to-end employee lifecycle, drives performance management and succession planning, and collaborates with clients to sustain high satisfaction. Responsible for standard operating procedures, data-driven reporting, budget oversight, and cross-functional coordination to deliver multi-service solutions; requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 6+ years of leadership, strong financial management, client-service focus, and travel up to 5%.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
- Minimum of six years of experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of managing people and operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and financials
- Strong client service and relationship management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with data reporting/tools preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 5%
