Sr. Site Leader - Containment

Sr. Site Leader responsible for the management of a site or a team of Site Leaders, ensuring quality services and support for all site missions. Provides leadership to personnel, maintains a positive atmosphere, and upholds company/customer guidelines. Responsibilities include client relationship management, establishing mission setups, staffing, training and validating inspectors, coordinating mission changes, isolating and verifying nonconforming material, conducting ongoing audits to verify quality standards, performing visual, mechanical, and functional verifications, and making independent judgments in subjective scenarios. Will also work as an inspector when required, support safety initiatives, manage inspector time and data in IPSQ and TRIGO App, create and maintain reports, drive 5S practices, attend BMW meetings, and assist with development of schedules and pass-downs while ensuring adherence to processes and proper material flow in the containment area.
