Job Summary
Manage site operations and lead a team of Site Leaders, ensuring quality services and support for all assigned missions. Set up and supervise daily operations, including staffing, training inspectors, and coordinating mission changes. Conduct ongoing audits, perform visual and functional verifications, and isolate nonconforming material to maintain compliance. Establish client relationships, manage Work Order inspection data, and ensure accurate entry into company portals and reports. Create and maintain a 5S working environment while adhering to all safety policies and dress codes. Responsible for developing employee schedules and resolving performance issues with HR.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of work experience in a supervisory role
- 1+ year in Quality related position
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to lift / move 50 lbs.
- Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies
- Follow current TRIGO policies regarding Safety, Dress Code, and Mutilation
