Job Summary
Lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex civil/site development projects while managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Prepare design documents, permit applications, and specifications, then guide QA/QC reviews to ensure compliance with local standards. Build client relationships and support proposal development. Requires PE registration in Nevada, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and 8+ years of progressive experience. Part of a passionate team dedicated to infrastructure power supply, protection, and instrumentation.
Required Qualifications
- PE registration in Nevada (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and mentor staff
