Job Summary
Lead Civil Project Manager overseeing multi-disciplinary civil/site development projects in Reno. Responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing project schedules and budgets, preparing design documents and permit applications, guiding QA/QC to ensure compliance with local standards, building client relationships, and supporting proposal development. Must have Nevada PE registration (or ability to obtain within 6 months) and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution, with a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience. The role emphasizes project leadership, client interactions, and mentorship within an infrastructure-focused environment.
