Job Summary
Serve as Single Point of Contact for assigned studies, managing feasibility, site ID, startup, and activation activities while ensuring adherence to SOPs and project timelines. Prepare and review site documents for completeness, distribute deliverables to internal teams and sites, and perform quality control on investigator packs and regulatory forms. Maintain accurate internal databases, track document approvals, and provide feedback on site performance metrics. Establish project planning, implement contingency plans, and offer local expertise to the Site Activation Manager and project team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Life science or related field
- 3 years clinical research or other relevant experience
- 3 years clinical research experience
- 1 year experience in a leadership capacity
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
