Sr. Site Activation Specialist - DACH region

Job Summary
Site Activation Specialist for DACH region (homebased in Slovakia) responsible for feasibility assessments, site activation, and maintenance activities in assigned studies. Works with Site Activation Manager, PM, and other departments to review documents for completeness and accuracy, prepare site documents, distribute completed documents to sites and internal teams, and keep internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans updated. Manages review and follow-up of regulatory documents (CDA, regulatory, ethics, Informed Consent Form, Investigator Pack release) and ensures proper documentation through appropriate channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or related field
- Prior experience in Site Activation
- Regulatory Submissions and/or Contract negotiation (or equivalent combination of education, training and clinical, healthcare and/or pharma experience)
- Ability to work independently but also collaborate with others
- Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and sponsors
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Knowledge of applicable functional/regulatory requirements, including local regulations, SOPs and ICH/GCP
- German language proficiency
