Sr. Site Activation Specialist - DACH region

Job Summary
Serve as Single Point of Contact to perform feasibility, site activation, and maintenance activities for assigned studies in the DACH region. Review documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy; prepare site documents; and distribute completed materials to investigative sites and internal project teams. Update internal systems, databases, and project plans with accurate information while tracking progress on questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory approvals, and Investigator Pack releases. Bachelor's degree in Life Science required; German language proficiency essential. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or related field
- Prior experience in Site Activation, Regulatory Submissions and/or Contract negotiation (or equivalent combination of education, training and clinical, healthcare and/or pharma experience)
- Ability to work independently but also collaborate with others
- Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and sponsors
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Knowledge of applicable functional/regulatory requirements, including local regulations, SOPs and ICH/ GCP
