Job Summary
Senior Signal Integrity Engineer responsible for design, simulation, characterization, and application of high speed electrical connectors and cable-based interconnects; contribute to a team of SI engineers and collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups; develop components and support customers during new product introductions; assist Sales Engineers with product break-in strategies using signal integrity expertise; identify and resolve SI issues in PCB layout; design, build, and measure circuit boards for verification; apply circuit theory and high-speed digital design principles to deliver high-speed I/O interconnect solutions.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of industry experience in signal integrity
- Experience with high speed connectors
- Experience with signal integrity measurements and debugging with TDR,VNA, pattern generators, error detectors
- Experience with SI tools such as Ansys HFSS and Designer, CST Microwave, HSPICE, MatLab, and ADS
- Hands-on experience with frequency-domain and time-domain components and circuit characterization
