Job Summary
Analyze business applications and functional requirements, then design software architecture, logic flows, and technical specifications for enterprise solutions. Develop, test, debug, and maintain SharePoint applications using SharePoint, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, InfoPath, Nintex, Bootstrap, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Prepare technical and user documentation while providing technical leadership and mentoring throughout the full software development lifecycle, including deployment and maintenance. This role supports the Decennial Information Technology Division by delivering full lifecycle SharePoint application development and enterprise IT services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 8 years of software development experience
- Experience with enterprise SharePoint development
- Experience with large-scale DBMS environments
- Strong programming skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Must be able to travel minimally
Desired Qualifications
- Federal IT experience
- Experience supporting Census Bureau or CATTS environments
- Agile development experience
