Job Summary
Sr. SFE Manager oversees a work team of sales force effectiveness specialists to ensure the development, implementation, and improvement of operational processes that increase Business Managers' effectiveness and sales force productivity. Responsibilities include mentoring, coaching, and coordinating the team; planning, developing and delivering programs such as sales force effectiveness training, on-the-job training, or sales employee inductions; analyzing operational processes; evaluating third-party providers; developing materials; and managing the effective deployment of resources and tools.
