Job Summary
Sr. Services Sales Account Executive in Tokyo responsible for managing the Services Solutions sales lifecycle from lead generation through onboarding, driving service opportunities across professional, Premier, and managed services, and partnering with channel partners and account executives. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting presentations and demonstrations, developing and forecasting service pipelines, delivering post-sales support, coordinating with vendors, educating peers on the Services portfolio, and guiding customers toward renewals and service enhancements. Requires deep understanding of Extreme’s Services offerings, strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in complex service contracts, and fluency in English and Japanese. Travel is an essential component of the role.
